I followed the link looking for a nearby railway (the shooting-conspiracy video has the sound of a nearby train)... I can not find a railway anywhere near the listed crash site. Either the coordinates are wrong, or the video (audio portion) is a hoax, or I am missing something. Here's a snapshot of the Wikipedia-listed crash site from Google Earth. There is a nearby road but no railway.
Perhaps the video is a plant to discredit conspiracy theories related to the event.
According to Google Earth, the nearest railway is 1.89 miles from the crash site.
