State Dept. Analyst Accused of Leaks to Fox News - NYTimes.com

WASHINGTON — A federal grand jury in Washington has indicted a State Department analyst suspected of disclosing top-secret information about North Korea to Fox News, the third time the Obama administration has filed criminal charges accusing people of leaks to the news media...

...The charges are part of a crackdown on disclosures of classified information to the news media under President Obama. A former contract linguist for the F.B.I. was sentenced in May to 20 months in prison for disclosing secret documents to a blogger, and a veteran National Security Agency official is awaiting trial on charges of sharing classified information with a reporter for The Baltimore Sun.
